QUESTIONS
Do I need to book in advance?
It is highly recommended because tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chance of getting the day and time you prefer, please book in advance. Tickets can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What happens if it rains?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, we will not be conducting the tour during inclement weather. In the event that the company needs to cancel the tour, we will reschedule you to another time that is convenient for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
What is your cancelation policy?
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Should I tip my tour guide?
If you feel you enjoyed yourself and had a great time, gratuities are greatly appreciated.
How many people can go on the tour?
It depends on how many people you can fit in your car.
Do we stop and get out of the car at any point?
We have two main stops on the tour and you also have the option to get out at most locations to explore, take pictures etc. only if time and traffic permits.
Where does the tour begin/end?
Our tours meet at the Edge Motor Museum, just down the street from Sun Studio. Exact meeting location details will be provided to you immediately upon purchasing your ticket. The tour will end exactly where it began!
Will we go into any of the stops on the tour?
Unfortunately, we are unable to go into any of the stops because of time reasons. There will be little to no walking on this tour. We would love for you to visit the edge motor museum after the tour!
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
If you have a collapsible wheelchair and have limited mobility, we should have no problem accommodating you. Please let us know what you need.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed.
Can I customize my tour?
We offer two tours but will do our best to customize to your interests.
How are tours conducted?
You will follow in your own vehicle, caravan style. GUESTS RECEIVE A LINK ON THEIR CELLPHONES UPON ARRIVAL AND ENJOY HEARING THE TOUR THROUGH THE SPEAKERS IN THEIR OWN VEHICLE. THIS TOUR IS FOR RESIDENTS, FAMILIES, AND VISITORS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR ACTIVITIES TO DO THAT ARE SAFE, FUN AND INSIGHTFUL.
Who will my tour guide be?
Brandon Cunning, a co-founder of rockabilly rides, is the owner/operator of Meteor Tours. He will be your guide on whichever tour you choose!
